Hey traders,
Happy Friday! What a wild ride this week has been. Some big names made even bigger moves, and it’s time to unpack it all. Before diving in, here’s a quick reminder: This is all just for fun and informational purposes. This is not financial advice. Please do your own research before making any trades!
Alright, let’s get to the good stuff.
Block (SQ): Leaner, Meaner, and Soaring
Wow. Just, wow. Block came out swinging this week. The company raised its 2026 earnings guidance by a whopping 54%. That alone would be huge news. But then came the other shoe: a massive workforce reduction. While it’s tough to see people lose their jobs, Wall Street absolutely ate it up. The stock exploded, jumping 24%. The market seems to believe a leaner Block is a more profitable Block. This is definitely a ticker to watch, especially to see if it can break and hold above $67.86 for more upside.
Dell Technologies ($DELL): The AI Juggernaut
Dell’s earnings report was nothing short of impressive. A 39% year-over-year revenue increase is just staggering. Dell isn’t just selling PCs anymore; the company is becoming a powerhouse in the AI server space. While many companies struggle with supply chain issues, Dell appears to be managing like a pro. The stock surging over 11% in premarket trading was no surprise. This looks like a business firing on all cylinders. Watch for a push past $137.51 as a key level.
CoreWeave ($CRWV): The AI Plumber with Big Plans
CoreWeave stands out as a fascinating player. The company is providing the “picks and shovels” for the AI gold rush, supplying many industry giants. Shares are already up 36% this year, and the recent earnings report was solid. The twist? An announcement of bold capital spending plans, with $30–$35 billion allocated for the year. That level of investment spooked some investors—a huge bet on future growth always invites debate. Whether this gamble pays off remains to be seen, and the market appears divided. The resulting volatility makes CoreWeave an interesting ticker to watch, especially to see if it can clear $89.24.
Netflix ($NFLX): Smart Money Moves
Sometimes, the best deal is the one not taken. Netflix stepped away from a bidding war for Warner Bros., a move that stands out as a brilliant strategic decision. Investors clearly agreed, pushing the stock up nearly 10%. This demonstrates true discipline; rather than overextending, Netflix is prioritizing its own path. The market responds well to this kind of confidence, serving as a reminder that success often comes from knowing when to fold. Watch to see if positive sentiment can drive the stock above $92.79.
That’s a wrap for this week! It’s been a busy one, and next week is shaping up to be just as exciting. Stay sharp, trade smart, and enjoy your weekend.
