What a wild week we are having in the markets. We have been digging through the latest corporate updates, and honestly, some of these numbers left us completely floored. Whether you are hunting for massive tech growth or keeping an eye on disruptive biotech, today’s watchlist has a little something for everyone.
Let’s break down the news that has our team buzzing this morning.
$AMZN: Amazon Absolutely Crushes It
Let’s start with the big one. Amazon just reported quarterly earnings, and the numbers are staggering. They posted $2.78 per share, completely obliterating the analyst estimate of $1.66 by nearly 68%. That is a massive 74% jump from the same period last year. On top of that, sales hit $181.5 billion.
Our Take: We expected a strong quarter, but this is a downright flex from Amazon. The retail and cloud giant is operating on another level right now. If you ever needed proof that big tech still has plenty of gas in the tank, this is it.
$SAGT: Sagtec Global Hits Record Highs
Sagtec Global Limited just announced record revenue of $19.1 million for Fiscal Year 2025. That represents a 49% year-over-year growth.
Our Take: Nearly 50% growth in a single year is no joke. It shows us that management is executing their strategy beautifully. This is definitely a smaller player to keep on your radar as they scale up their operations.
$AXIL: Axil Brands Teams Up With Walmart
Axil Brands just announced an expanded partnership with Walmart.
Our Take: Getting a product into Walmart is a big deal. Expanding an existing partnership with the world’s largest retailer? That is a game-changer. This move should massively increase Axil’s brand visibility and distribution footprint. We love seeing companies secure retail victories like this.
$XTLB: XTL Biopharmaceuticals Enters the Psychedelic Space
XTL Biopharmaceuticals is acquiring Psyga Bio. This move establishes a leading psychedelic biotechnology platform, complete with an advanced clinical pipeline, licensed GMP manufacturing, and proprietary psilocybin technologies.
Our Take: The biotech sector is not for the faint of heart, but the psychedelic space is fascinating right now. Mental health treatments are desperately in need of innovation. By securing the manufacturing and the pipeline in one move, XTLB is setting itself up as a serious contender in an emerging, high-potential market.
