Good morning, everyone, and welcome to another day in the markets. The pre-market is buzzing, and we’ve got a handful of movers making some serious noise. Let’s break down what’s catching my eye this morning and what we should be watching as the opening bell approaches.
Today’s Top Watchlist
$KLTO - Klotho Neurosciences
This one is a monster. KLTO announced it signed a Letter of Intent to acquire assets from Turn Biotechnologies, a deal anchored by a massive $300 million global pharma partnership. Anytime you see a number like that attached to a small-cap name, you have to pay attention. This feels like a potential game-changer for Klotho, aiming to bring in some serious intellectual property and, more importantly, a powerful partner. I’m watching this for a significant pre-market gap and heavy volume. This could be the big runner of the day if the momentum holds.
$NLSP - NLS Pharmaceutics
The votes are in, and it’s a “yes.” NLS Pharmaceutics shareholders have officially approved the merger with Kadimastem. Merger news is always a catalyst, but the confirmation is what really gets things moving. This removes a layer of uncertainty and lets the market price in the new, combined entity. I’ll be looking for how the market digests this news at the open. Will it be a “sell the news” event, or is this the start of a new uptrend? The chart will tell the story.
$CLGN - CollPlant Biotechnologies
Biotechs are on fire this morning! CollPlant just announced positive results from studies of its regenerative dermal filler. Positive trial results are the lifeblood of this sector. This news suggests their product is effective and moving in the right direction, which can create a lot of excitement among investors. I’m adding CLGN to the list and watching for that initial surge of buying pressure.
$VTAK - Catheter Precision
Patents are a company’s armor, and VTAK just got two new shields. The company announced it received notice of allowance for two new patents from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This strengthens their competitive moat and protects their innovations. While not as explosive as a merger or trial data, patent news provides fundamental value and can often lead to a steady, confident climb. It’s a solid piece of fundamental news that makes VTAK worth watching.
$SKYQ - Sky Quarry
Here’s an interesting one that mixes old-world assets with new-world tech. Sky Quarry is launching a “Digital Asset Treasury Strategy” focused on real-world tokenization. Essentially, they’re looking to turn tangible assets into digital tokens. This is a trendy space, and being an early mover could pay off. It’s a speculative play for sure, but the narrative is strong. I’m curious to see if the crypto and tech crowds jump on this one.
$PATH - UiPath
The big boys are making moves, too. UiPath is partnering with Snowflake to blend automation with AI. This is a classic synergy play—two tech giants teaming up to create a more powerful product. For PATH, this expands its ecosystem and integrates its tech with another major platform, which is always a good look. This is more of a long-term catalyst, but it’s a strong headline that could give the stock a nice bump today.
After-Hours Movers from Yesterday
$BZAI - Blaize
Blaize made a significant announcement after the bell, reporting progress on a $56 million “Smart Public Safety Deployment” in South Asia. They’re rolling out AI-powered video surveillance, a sector with huge growth potential. This is a substantial contract that points to real-world application and revenue. The stock was trading around $3.45 on the news, and it will be interesting to see if that momentum carries into today’s session.
$TWG - Top Wealth Group
TWG dropped its unaudited financial results for the first half of 2025. The key takeaway for me was a line from management: they believe they have “sufficient liquidity” for at least the next twelve months. In this market, cash is king. This statement is meant to reassure investors that they can weather a storm and fund their operations without needing to raise capital, which is a big positive. Keep an eye on how the market reacts to their numbers.
That’s the rundown for now. Keep your charts open, manage your risk, and let’s go make some money.
