Hey Stock Hunters! 👋
Welcome back to another jam-packed watchlist newsletter! Yesterday was absolutely wild in the micro-cap world, and honestly, I'm still buzzing from all the action. Let me break down what caught our attention – and trust me, some of these moves are making me do a double-take.
The Big Movers & Shakers
$GMHS - Gamehaus Holdings just dropped a $5 million share repurchase bomb! 💥 Now THAT'S what I call putting your money where your mouth is. When management starts buying back their own stock, it usually means one of two things: either they're super confident about the future, or they're trying to prop up a sinking ship. Given the gaming sector's recent momentum, I'm leaning toward the optimistic side here.
$SRXH - SRx Health Solutions is on an absolute tear with share cancellations – they just axed another 350,000 shares, bringing their total canceled shares to over 19 MILLION! Holy cow! 🐄 This company is shrinking their float faster than I can count. For us retail folks, this could mean serious upward pressure on price if demand picks up. I'm watching this one like a hawk.
$JFBR - Jeffs' Brands is riding high after their merger success story. Fort Technology's subsidiary just posted $4.9 million in revenue for the first six months – that's a solid 10% growth year-over-year. Not earth-shattering, but steady growth in this market? I'll take it! Sometimes the tortoise wins the race, people.
The Intriguing Wildcards
$SMX is making moves that honestly have me scratching my head a bit. They're offering FREE licensing of their Global Plastics Passport Technology for the UN Plastics Treaty. On one hand, giving away your tech for free sounds crazy. On the other hand, if this positions them as THE go-to player in global plastic tracking... genius or madness? Time will tell! 🌍
$IPDN - Professional Diversity Network jumped into the Web 3.0 space with a compliance-driven investment. Web 3.0 is either the future or the biggest bubble since... well, the last bubble. But hey, at least they're being smart about compliance from day one.
The Drama Queens
$BTOG got a lifeline from Nasdaq – 180 more days to get their act together and meet the minimum bid price requirement. February 16, 2026 is now their deadline. Look, we've all been there (okay, maybe not EXACTLY there), but everyone deserves a second chance. The question is: will they use this time wisely? 🤔
$YYAI is sitting pretty at $2.20 and looking oversold after announcing their aiRWA digital asset platform. AI + digital assets? That's like putting peanut butter and chocolate together – either brilliant or a hot mess. I'm cautiously optimistic, but this one screams "do your homework first."
The Steady Eddies
$DUO delivered some serious growth numbers – revenue up 45.3% to RMB203.4 million (about $28.4 million USD) for the first half of 2025. In a world where everyone's chasing the next meme stock, sometimes good old-fashioned revenue growth is exactly what we need to see.
$LCFY - Locafy wrapped up their fiscal nine-month 2025 results and they're positioning themselves to scale. The details are a bit light, but "positioning to scale" in startup speak usually means "we think we've figured it out, now we just need to prove it." Fingers crossed! 🤞
The Two Cents
Yesterday felt like one of those days where the market couldn't decide if it wanted to be conservative or go completely bonkers. We've got companies buying back shares, canceling stock left and right, and diving headfirst into everything from AI to plastic tracking.
If I'm being honest (and when am I not?), $SRXH's massive share cancellation program has me the most intrigued. When a company eliminates that much of their float, they're either supremely confident or desperately trying to create artificial scarcity. Either way, it's worth watching.
Stay sharp out there, and remember – in this game, the only certainty is uncertainty!
Happy trading,
The Stock Region Team 📈
