What a day, traders! From IPOs halting left and right to some massive moves in the biotech space, the market kept us on our toes. Let’s break down the action and see what’s worth keeping on our radar.

Pharma & Biotech Steal the Show
The healthcare sector was on fire today with a ton of news driving volume and volatility.
$NERV - Minerva Neurosciences: This one is a monster. Announcing up to $200 million in financing is a huge vote of confidence. They’re pushing their schizophrenia drug through a final Phase 3 trial and getting ready for a commercial launch. This kind of cash infusion can be a game-changer for a biotech company. Definitely one to watch closely.
$TELO - Telomir Pharmaceuticals: They’re going global! Securing worldwide rights for Telomir-1 is a massive strategic play. When a company expands its market reach like this, it can unlock serious value. I’m excited to see how they execute this.
$VSEE - VSee Health: Talk about a “game-changing” contract. A $10 million+ teleradiology deal is nothing to sneeze at, especially in the booming telehealth sector. This could be the catalyst that puts VSee on the map for a lot of new investors.
$NXL - Nexalin: Positive results across three peer-reviewed studies for Alzheimer’s and Dementia? That’s the kind of news that gets my attention. The market is desperate for breakthroughs in this area, and Nexalin just took a significant step forward.
$TNON - Tenon Medical: FDA clearance is always a major milestone. With the green light for their SImmetry+ System, Tenon can now move forward with commercialization. That’s a huge de-risking event for the company.
$BCTX - BriaCell: A collaboration with a major player like MSK Accelerator is a fantastic move. It brings credibility and resources to their Bria-OTS+™ program. Partnerships like this are often the key to getting new cancer treatments to market.

$SPWR - SunPower: A solar company beating revenue estimates and hitting record operating income is a bright spot in a sector that’s been choppy. Strong performance.
$DFLI - Dragonfly Energy: Regaining Nasdaq compliance is a huge win. It removes the delisting threat and allows the company and its investors to refocus on growth. A real turnaround signal.
$SDST - Stardust Power: Securing a North American lithium supply is a critical strategic move for anyone in the battery or EV space. This gives them a more stable and reliable supply chain. Smart.
$WOK - WORK Medical Technology Group: An after-hours mover! Popping to nearly $5 on news of a $1 million equity investment in another company. Keep an eye on this one for a potential continuation in the morning.
$SHPH - Shuttle Pharmaceuticals: Jumping into AI with the acquisition of a molecular modeling platform. Every biotech is looking for an edge, and AI is becoming the weapon of choice. This could accelerate their drug discovery pipeline significantly.
