What a wild Wednesday we are having! Itâs May 13, 2026, and the market is absolutely refusing to be boring. Whether youâre sipping your morning coffee or winding down for the afternoon bell, weâve got some serious movers and shakers on our radar today. Iâve been digging through the tape, and honestly, some of these catalysts have me glued to the screen.
Letâs cut right to the chase and talk about whatâs lighting up our scanners today!
𧏠$WGRX â Grabbing a Slice of a $14 Billion Pie
The News: $WGRX just announced a pilot MSO collaboration with Kare PharmTech. They are targeting the massive $14 Billion U.S. market for Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) services.
I love this. Healthcare tech is one of those sectors where, if you find the right niche, the upside can be absolutely staggering. A $14 billion Total Addressable Market is nothing to sneeze at. This pilot program with Kare PharmTech feels like a major stepping stone. If they can prove their model works here, the scaling opportunities are ridiculous. Iâm adding this to the top of my watchlistâkeep a very close eye on the volume to see if Wall Street wakes up to the potential here.
đ $VNET â The Momentum Monster
The News: $VNET exploded today, up a massive 32% to hit $11.99 after announcing that PJ Millennium I Limited and PJ Millennium II entered into a share purchase agreement.
This is exactly the kind of momentum we live for. A 32% rip on a Wednesday is what dreams are made of. That share purchase agreement clearly triggered a massive wave of confidence (and probably caught some shorts completely off guard). But listen to me carefully: respect the runner. Chasing a 32% green candle can be dangerous, so if youâre stepping in now, make sure your stop losses are tight. Iâm watching to see if it can hold the $12 psychological level or if profit-takers drag it back down.
đź $CXAI â Bagging the Big Boys
The News: CXApp Inc. just dropped their Q1 2026 Financial Results and casually announced theyâve secured over $5 Million in Total Contract Value from three major enterprises.
Enterprise adoption is the absolute holy grail for tech companies, and $CXAI just proved they can sit at the big kidsâ table. Landing three major enterprises for over $5 million isnât just about the money; itâs about validation. When massive corporations trust your tech, others follow suit. I am incredibly bullish on companies that can execute on B2B sales like this. Letâs see how the market digests the Q1 numbers, but that contract news gives me the warm and fuzzies.
â ď¸ $RETO â Proceed with Caution
The News: ReTo Eco-Solutions, Inc. announced a share combination.
Ugh. Look, Iâm going to shoot straight with you: whenever I hear âshare combinationâ (which is corporate speak for a reverse split), my spider-senses tingle in a bad way. Companies usually pull this lever to artificially inflate their share price to maintain exchange listing compliance, and it almost always dilutes the retail traderâs spirit. While volatility junkies might find a quick scalp during the transition, for the rest of us, this is a major red flag. Iâm watching from the sidelines with a giant bucket of popcorn. Stay safe on this one!
