It’s been a busy few days in the markets. From AI-driven visual sensing for the Navy to the “BioToken” assetization model (yes, you read that right), the news cycle is moving fast. Here is what’s landing on our watchlist today.
The AI & Infrastructure Frontier
$AIIO (Robo.ai): They just picked up Neurovia. This isn’t just another acquisition; they are gunning for the “Machine Economy” by securing data compression tech. It’s a smart move—AI is only as good as the infrastructure it sits on.
$ODYS (Odysight.ai): This one feels significant. They signed a CRADA with the U.S. Navy. When the military starts looking at your AI-driven visual sensing for maintenance, you’ve clearly got tech that works in high-stakes environments.
$QUBT (Quantum Computing Inc.): Talk about a revenue jump! Sales hit $3.69M (up from just $39k last year). They beat loss estimates by 60%. It’s still a loss, but that growth trajectory is impossible to ignore.
Health & Biotech: The Hantavirus Race
$TRAW & $FBLG: We have a bit of a “thematic” play here. Both Traws Pharma and FibroBiologics are making moves on Hantavirus treatments. Keep an eye on $FBLG’s fibroblast approach—it’s a unique angle in a niche market.
$PSTV (Plus Therapeutics): Their REYOBIQ™ data is showing favorable survival rates for Leptomeningeal Metastases. This is heavy stuff, but the immunomodulation data looks promising for patients and investors alike.
$CLIK (CLICK): Their senior nursing sector is up 110%. With an aging population, hitting HK$500M in revenue within three years feels like a very achievable, if not conservative, goal.
The Earnings Beat (The Good and the “Less Bad”)
$PLUG (Plug Power): Finally, some breathing room. They beat EPS and sales estimates, showing a 22% sales increase year-over-year. It’s still a $(0.08) loss, but it’s a “better than expected” loss, which the market often loves.
$AMBO (Ambow Education): A 275% increase in earnings per share? That is a massive swing. Education tech often flies under the radar, but these numbers might force people to pay attention.
$MWG (Multi Ways Holdings): 44% revenue growth to nearly $45M. Steady, solid, and growing.
Energy & Chips: The Strategic Plays
$YMAT (J-Star Holding): They are moving forward with a solid-state battery facility in Texas. Solid-state is the “holy grail” of EV tech—if this facility scales, it’s a game changer.
$MASK (3 E Network): They are officially a chip player now. Launching a semiconductor business unit is a bold, expensive move, but the “proactive financing strategy” suggests they have the capital to back up the ambition.
The “Digital Asset” Movers
$AEHL & $JZXN: Both companies are playing the “Capital Recycling” game, realizing gains from digital assets and immediately authorizing share buybacks ($95k for $AEHL and $100k for $JZXN). It’s a clear signal to shareholders that they want to protect value.
$WOK (WORK Medical): This is the wild card. Collaborating with Novabioplus for the “BioToken” assetization model. It’s where AI meets biological data meets blockchain. It sounds like science fiction, but it’s happening right now.
The theme of the week is clearly Infrastructure. Whether it’s the data infrastructure for AI ($AIIO), the physical infrastructure for batteries ($YMAT), or the biological infrastructure of data ($WOK), the companies building the “pipes” for the future economy are the ones showing the most grit. I’m personally keeping a very close eye on $ODYS—government contracts are sticky, and the Navy doesn’t partner with just anyone.
Stay sharp, manage your risk, and let’s see how the tape plays out.
