Hey Stock Region Family,
Is it just me, or did the market wake up on the right side of the bed today? We are seeing some absolutely wild movements and strategic plays that make you wonder what these CEOs are putting in their coffee.
Speaking of coffee, let’s dive right into one of the wildest headlines of the day.
$REBN - Reborn Coffee
Okay, hold the phone. Someone just invested $6.5 million into Reborn Coffee at $5.45 per share. Why does that matter? Because the market price was hovering way, way lower—about a third of that price. When smart money pays a 3x premium to get in on a deal, my ears perk up. This cash injection is supposedly positioning them for profitability in 2026. If the big players are willing to overpay now for future gains, $REBN just earned a permanent spot on my radar.
$VTYX - Ventyx Biosciences
You know the old saying, “where there’s smoke, there’s fire”? Well, $VTYX caught fire this afternoon. The volume spike to $15.18 wasn’t random—the Wall Street Journal dropped a report that Eli Lilly might be closing in on a deal to acquire them. Acquisition rumors are risky, risky business, but when a giant like Lilly is in the mix, things get exciting fast.
$OPTT - Ocean Power Technologies
This is the kind of future-tech stuff I love. OPTT is partnering with Anduril (yeah, that Anduril) to deliver a buoy solution to the Department of Homeland Security. Government contracts usually mean sticky, long-term revenue. It’s not just a cool science project anymore; it’s national security.
$EVTV - Envirotech Vehicles
If you like AI plays, look here. EVTV is executing a framework to acquire AZIO AI at $3.00 per share. It’s being called “transformational.” I tend to be skeptical of that word, but combining EVs with AI is the flavor of the decade. Let’s see if they can actually execute.
$AZI - Autozi Internet Technology
This is a massive scale play. They just inked a deal with the China Auto Maintenance Parts Alliance. We are talking about a supply chain platform across 12 provinces with a sales target over $200 million. It’s not the sexiest headline, but money doesn’t have to be sexy. It just has to be green.
$AVXL - Anavex Life Sciences
FDA feedback is usually a nail-biter, but this looks positive. During their Type C meeting regarding their Alzheimer’s program, the FDA expressed interest and a collaborative approach. Anyone who trades bio knows that “collaborative approach” is code for “we aren’t shutting you down.” Good signs here.
$BFRG - BullFrog AI
More AI, but this time it’s saving lives. Their precision oncology analytics found a 3x increase in survivability for pancreatic cancer patients in specific subgroups. Pancreatic cancer is notoriously difficult to treat. If their tech can actually pinpoint biomarkers to help these patients, the valuation of this company is the least interesting thing about it—it’s a genuine breakthrough.
$MIST - Milestone Pharmaceuticals
Europe is opening the door. The EMA accepted their application for the Etripamil Nasal Spray. Regulatory hurdles are the biggest killer of bio stocks, so getting the application accepted is the first major hurdle cleared.
$AMOD - Alpha Modus
Finally, we have DXC and Alpha Modus launching financial service kiosks nationwide. They are starting with a “Major National Retailer.” I hate when they don’t name the retailer, but “nationwide deployment” sounds like they are ready to scale. Keep an eye out for who that retailer actually is.
It’s a busy day, team. Keep your heads on a swivel, manage your risk, and let’s see where the green candles take us.
Happy Trading,
Stock Region

The OPTT/Anduril partnership for government buoy systems is intriguing. I've seen plenty of oceantech plays fizzle out, but pairing with Anduril (who knows their way around defense contracting) changes the calculus here. DHS contracts tend to have long tails and renewals if the tech actually works, which could mean predictble revenue instead of the usual speculative boom-bust cycle. Watching to see if they can actually deliver the hardware.
