Really solid roundup, the way this ties together macro policy shifts (dairy funding, sanctuary cities) with emerging tech battlefronts is kinda rare. The OpenAI-Cerebras deal is the most underappreciated story here imo because it signals that even the biggest AI players are hedging against Nvidia's choke-hold on compute. I've seen similar supply chain diversification plays in semi's over the past year and the companies that moved early usualy captured massive arb opportunities. The XLK long thesis makes sense near-term but that geopolitical volatility around rare earths (Greenland stuff) could flip sentiment fast if things escalate.
